Zach told me something about waves that occur before Xsotan appear in a sector. We would have to tune our scanners to it, then we would have a heads up.

The closer you get to the center of the galaxy, the \c(3dd)more mass\c() the \c(3dd)Rift Research Centers\c() can transport into the rifts.
